Tom Hewitt – Plumble Co-owner
Detail spotter, and part-time wordsmith. Tom has an almost suspicious eye for detail—the kind that notices a 1mm pipe misalignment from across the room—but balances it with a personality that refuses to take anything too seriously. While the rest of the team might be knee-deep in chaos, Tom is usually calm, composed, and cracking a joke that somehow makes the situation feel under control. As co-owner, he brings a steady hand to the business, paired with a knack for saying exactly the right thing (usually with a bit of charm thrown in). A loyal West Ham fan, he’s well-versed in managing expectations and staying optimistic against all odds—skills that translate surprisingly well to plumbing. Whether he’s fine-tuning a job or lightening the mood, Tom’s approach is simple: keep it precise, keep it moving, and never miss an opportunity for a well-timed one-liner.

Sarah Dance – Plumble Co-owner

Ross Miller – Office Aficionado
The newest addition to the office, already running things like a well-oiled timetable. Fresh from his “bus days,” Ross brings a level of scheduling precision that borders on legendary—if it’s not on time, it’s early, and if it’s early, Ross is already wondering why it wasn’t sooner. He prides himself on keeping everything moving like clockwork, quietly judging any form of disorganisation with the calm disappointment of someone who’s seen what true structure looks like. Outside of work, his passion for bus spotting continues (yes, really), proving his dedication to transport doesn’t clock off at 5pm. Unfortunately, he’s also an Arsenal fan—but much like his scheduling, he remains hopeful, committed, and convinced everything will eventually go to plan.

Rachel Leonard – Installation Scheduler
The installation organising wizard of Plumble and the glue that holds it all together. Rachel has an almost magical ability to coordinate installs with precision, ensuring every job runs smoothly and nothing (and no one) is out of place. A lover of rugby and all things food, she’s just as likely to be discussing weekend fixtures as she is sharing her latest recipe recommendation—usually at the exact moment you didn’t realise you were hungry. As the office’s unofficial mother figure, Rachel dishes out worldly advice, life lessons, and the occasional gentle telling-off, all in the same breath. If you need guidance, organisation, or just a solid dinner idea, Rachel’s your go-to—keeping both the business and the team well-fed and in line.

Ricky Steadman – Senior Technician
Plumble’s fully qualified, multi-skilled, OFTEC-certified, F-Gas-wielding Swiss Army knife. If there’s a problem, Ricky’s already halfway to solving it before anyone else has found the tools. Known as the team’s go-to fixer, he thrives on the jobs that make everyone else pause and say, “that looks tricky.” Whether it’s diagnosing a complex fault or stepping in to save the day, Ricky brings calm, capability, and a quiet confidence that gets things done. Outside of work, he swaps boilers for mountains, regularly scaling peaks just for the challenge, and somehow still makes it to the gym at 6am like it’s a casual warm-up. Built for endurance, wired for problem-solving—if Ricky’s on the job, you know it’s getting sorted.

Liam Barnes – Breakdown Technician
The self-proclaimed pin-up calendar boy of Plumble, and a legend (very much in his own mind). Liam brings confidence in abundance, whether it’s tackling a tricky boiler breakdown or reminding everyone—again—that he’d “definitely sell out a 2026 calendar.” A devoted Pokémon card enthusiast, he’s just as comfortable talking Charizard values as he is diagnosing heating faults, which is a niche but impressive crossover. Underneath the bravado, Liam genuinely knows his stuff and is always on hand to help others develop, sharing knowledge and experience with the next generation of engineers. Equal parts mentor and main character, Liam keeps things running while making sure no one forgets who the real star of the show is (according to Liam, anyway).

Gareth Coulson – Service Engineer
Gareth Coulson – Quite possibly the friendliest service engineer you’ll ever meet, and proof that a good sense of humour can fix almost anything (well… nearly). Gareth is the kind of guy customers instantly warm to, combining top-notch engineering skills with a sharp wit that keeps everyone entertained from start to finish. A lover of rock music and all things lorry-related, he’s just as happy talking engines and riffs as he is sorting out your heating. Known as the joker of the team, Gareth brings energy, laughs, and a bit of mischief wherever he goes—but always backs it up with solid, reliable work. If Gareth’s on the job, you can expect it done properly… with a few jokes thrown in for free.

Billy Saward – Installation Engineer
Always chirpy, never clock-watching, and proof that good service still means taking your time. Billy is the kind of engineer who gives every customer his full attention, whether he’s installing a new boiler, carrying out a service, or getting stuck into a breakdown. Nothing ever feels rushed—because with Billy, it never is. He takes real pride in doing the job properly and making sure customers feel looked after from start to finish. Outside of work, his other great passion is fish keeping, where patience and care are just as important—clearly a theme with Billy. A genuinely much-loved member of the team, he brings positivity, consistency, and a calm, friendly presence to everything he does.

James Duval – Installation Engineer
The man, the myth, the mystery. James is rarely seen, often working solo, and operating on what can only be described as his own unique schedule. One thing everyone knows for certain—this man does not do early mornings. In fact, the team’s leading theory is that he spends his nights fighting crime, which would explain both the late starts and the almost superhuman efficiency during the day. Because when James is on the job, installations get done at the speed of light—neat, tidy, and with a level of precision that suggests he’s got somewhere important to be (probably Gotham). Quiet, elusive, and seriously good at what he does, James is proof that you don’t need to say much when your work speaks for itself.

Callum Baskett – Plumber/Trainee Gas Engineer
The ever-evolving engineer, blending the hands-on experience of a trained mechanic with the grit of a long-time plumber. Currently working his way towards his gas qualifications, Callum approaches learning with a mix of curiosity, determination, and a “learn through doing” mindset that’s already setting him apart. Whether he’s studying, testing things out on the job, or picking up new skills from the team, he’s fully invested in becoming outstanding in his field. Quickly earning the nickname “The Scarecrow” (partly for his thoughtful approach, partly for reasons still debated), Callum is constantly absorbing knowledge and piecing it all together. One thing’s clear—he’s on a fast track, and he’s not slowing down anytime soon.
